OMREN Participation in EduTrack 28 to 30 October 2018
OMREN members are invited to attend the technical training workshop on how to configure the network, eduGain and eduroam. The workshop was specially provided to the technical IT members, who are working on configuring the connection to OMREN Federation, eduGain and eduroam at each university and college.
Sultan Qaboos University the core member of OMREN has deployed and activated eduroam service in the campus. Eduroam is an international roaming service provided to education and research users. OMREN has been approved by DigiCert to be an official SSL certificate provider. OMREN members are eligible to receive free SSL Certificates from Digicert.
